  1. Is PS Hand Watcher a freeware program?

You can use the unregistered version of PS Hand Watcher 2 (the version 1.x is obsolete and no more supported) indefinitely, but is available only a single HUD. If you want to display until 9 HUDs you must enter a password, which is sent within 24 hours from the receipt of a donation of 4.00 euros.

  2. How many installations can I do with a single donation?

You can install the program in any PCs you want, once logged PokerStars with your own UserName and PSHW with the related Code and Password.

  3. Why Chrome tells me that the Setup file could be dangerous?

Like thousands of installers, the setup file of PS Hand Watcher is made by InnoSetup, and being the InnoSetup installers in .exe format (executable file) correctly the browser informs you that this kind of files are potentially dangerous.

PS Hand Watcher  is 100% viruses and trojan free. Anyhow, if you want to be 100% sure download it and before to run it scan the file with your antivirus.

  4. I don't see the program icon... how can I manage it??

If the icon is not visible it has been inserted from the OS in the window of the hided icons.

Grab the PSHW icon by your mouse and drag it to the Windows taskbar: from now it will stay there.

  5. Sometimes the program don't works

After any update of the PokerStars Client the Window Handle of the PokerStars Lobby changes and it is not recognized from the program. Please close and run again both the Lobby and PS Hand Watcher.

  6. Is the program allowed from Pokerstars?

Yes. The program has been verified and approved by the PokerStars Game Integrity Team.

  7. My anti-virus says the setup file contains malware!?!

My programs don't contain viruses or malware. However, since to interact with the gaming tables them use tens of Windows APIs, such as "GetForegroundWindow", "SendMessage" and many others... it's possible that some antivirus "see" some combination of these APIs as malware.
Make a scan of the file with the most current antivirus via VirusTotal: you'll see that the absolute majority of antivirus programs (and especially the professional ones) will not detect any malware
